När ett sådant avtal som avses i 12 § tredje stycket har ingåtts, ska bolaget anmäla för registrering i aktiebolagsregistret vilken eller vilka värdepapperscentraler avstämningsbolaget har anlitat och, i förekommande fall, vilken värdepapperscentral som ansvarar för aktieboken. Lag (2016:60).
