Vad som sägs i denna lag om aktieägares rätt att företräda aktier skall gälla, förutom den som har förvärvat äganderätten till en aktie, 1. den som genom testamente har fått nyttjanderätten till en aktie tillsammans med rätten att företräda aktien, och 2. den som genom testamente har fått rätten till avkastning av en aktie som skall stå under särskild förvaltning tillsammans med rätten att företräda aktien.
