Den som är antecknad i ett avstämningsregister enligt 4 kap. 18 § första stycket 6-8 lagen (1998:1479) om värdepapperscentraler och kontoföring av finansiella instrument ska i stället för aktieägaren antas vara behörig att utöva de rättigheter som avses i 39 §. Lag (2016:60).
