Ett beslut om att införa eller ändra en sådan bestämmelse i bolagsordningen som avses i 2 § (beslut om byte av redovisningsvaluta) får verkan från och med det räkenskapsår som börjar efter det att beslutet om ändring av bolagsordningen har registrerats.
