Om det i bolagsordningen på grund av lag eller annan författning eller efter regeringens medgivande har tagits in en bestämmelse enligt vilken en annan bestämmelse i bolagsordningen inte får ändras utan att regeringen har lämnat tillstånd till det, får inte heller den förstnämnda bestämmelsen ändras utan regeringens tillstånd.
