En aktieägare skall ersätta skada som han eller hon uppsåtligen eller av grov oaktsamhet tillfogar bolaget, en aktieägare eller någon annan genom att medverka till överträdelse av denna lag, tillämplig lag om årsredovisning eller bolagsordningen.
