Under konkursen företräds bolaget som konkursgäldenär av den styrelse och verkställande direktör eller de likvidatorer som fanns vid konkursens början. Bestämmelserna i denna lag om rätt att avgå, om entledigande och om nytillsättning gäller dock även under konkursen.
