Om ett likvidationsbeslut som har gått i verkställighet har blivit upphävt genom en domstols dom eller beslut som har vunnit laga kraft, skall likvidatorn genast anmäla detta för registrering i aktiebolagsregistret samt, om det upphävda likvidationsbeslutet är sådant som avses i 11, 12, 17 eller 21 §, kalla till bolagsstämma för val av styrelse. Lag (2005:812).
