I 11 § finns bestämmelser om att Bolagsverket i vissa fall skall besluta om likvidation. I 12, 17, 21, 50 och 51 §§ finns bestämmelser om att allmän domstol i vissa fall skall besluta om likvidation.
Bolagsverkets och domstolens beslut skall registreras i aktiebolagsregistret.
