Till ombildningsplanen ska det bifogas ett meddelande med information till bolagets aktieägare, borgenärer och arbetstagarföreträdare eller, om sådana företrädare inte finns, arbetstagarna själva om att de får lämna synpunkter på planen till bolaget. I meddelandet ska det anges att synpunkterna får lämnas senast på den femte arbetsdagen före dagen för den bolagsstämma som ska ta ställning till ombildningsplanen. Lag (2022:1647).
