Om ett skriftligt avtal har upprättats rörande en sådan bestämmelse som avses i 8 § 9 eller 10, skall avtalet eller en kopia av avtalet fogas till delningsplanen eller i delningsplanen göras en hänvisning till avtalet med uppgift om den plats där det hålls tillgängligt för aktieägarna. Innehållet i ett muntligt avtal skall i sin helhet tas upp i delningsplanen.
