Om inte någon av de borgenärer som har blivit kallade enligt 24 § motsätter sig ansökan inom förelagd tid, skall Bolagsverket ge bolagen till stånd att verkställa delningsplanen. Motsätter sig någon borgenär ansökan, skall verket överlämna ärendet till tingsrätten i den ort där styrelsen i det överlåtande bolaget skall ha sitt säte.
