Styrelserna för överlåtande och, vid absorption, övertagande bolag skall upprätta en gemensam, daterad fusionsplan enligt bestämmelserna i 7-13 §§. Planen skall undertecknas av styrelsen i vart och ett av bolagen.
Vid kombination utgör fusionsplanen stiftelseurkund för det övertagande bolaget.
