Om det utbytesförhållande för aktier eller andra värdepapper som anges i fusionsplanen inte är korrekt fastställt och detta får till följd att en aktieägare som inte har utövat sin rätt till inlösen enligt 50 § blir otillräckligt kompenserad, har denna aktieägare rätt till ytterligare ersättning. Lag (2022:1647).
