Den som Bolagsverket enligt 40 a § utser att utföra granskning ska vara en auktoriserad eller godkänd revisor eller ett registrerat revisionsbolag. I fråga om granskningen och innehållet i den rapport som upprättas ska 11-13 och 40 §§ tillämpas. Lag (2022:1647).
