Om fusionen innebär att det behövs ändringar i bolagsordningen ska dessa beslutas senast vid den bolagsstämma där fusionsplanen godkänns.
Om fusionsplanen inte ska läggas fram för att godkännas på stämman, ska ändringarna i bolagsordningen beslutas före styrelsens beslut att ansöka om tillstånd att verkställa fusionsplanen. Lag (2022:1647).
