Vid beslut om minskning enligt förbehåll i bolagsordningen skall 19-22 §§ tillämpas. I de fall som avses i 33 § andra stycket skall styrelsen dock, när beslut har fattats om inlösen av aktier och avsättning till reservfonden, genast anmäla detta för registrering i aktiebolagsregistret.
