Om inte någon av de borgenärer som har blivit kallade enligt 26 § motsätter sig ansökan inom förelagd tid, skall Bolagsverket ge bolaget tillstånd att verkställa minskningsbeslutet. Motsätter sig någon borgenär ansökan, skall verket överlämna ärendet till tingsrätten i den ort där bolagets styrelse har sitt säte.
