En skuld på grund av aktieteckning får inte kvittas mot en fordran hos bolaget.
Överlåts en aktie som ännu inte är fullt betald, är förvärvaren, så snart han eller hon har anmält sig för införing i aktieboken, ansvarig för betalningen tillsammans med överlåtaren.
