Betalningen för en aktie får inte understiga aktiens kvotvärde. Kvotvärdet skall därvid beräknas på det sätt som anges i 5 § fjärde stycket.
Om en aktie har tecknats med villkor som strider mot första stycket, skall ett belopp som motsvarar aktiens kvotvärde ändå betalas. Lag (2007:317).
