Om ett aktiebolag har blivit moderbolag och dess dotterföretag innehar aktier i moderbolaget, skall aktierna avyttras så snart det kan ske utan förlust, dock senast tre år efter det att koncernförhållandet uppstod. I övrigt gäller bestämmelserna i 6 §.
