Beslut om överlåtelse enligt 35 § skall innehålla de uppgifter som anges i 36 §.
I förekommande fall skall beslutet innehålla
1. ett förordnande som avses i 11 kap. 9 §,
2. ett förordnande om att kuponger som hör till aktiebreven skall användas som teckningsrättsbevis,
3. upplysningar om att redogörelse och yttrande som avses i 13 kap. 7 och 8 §§ har lämnats.
