Styrelsen ska hålla förslaget enligt 19 §, i förekommande fall tillsammans med de handlingar som anges i 24 §, tillgängligt för aktieägarna under minst tre veckor närmast före den bolagsstämma där frågan om förvärv av egna aktier ska prövas. Kopior av handlingarna ska genast och utan kostnad för mottagaren sändas till de aktieägare som begär det och uppger sin postadress.
Handlingarna ska hållas tillgängliga på bolagets webbplats under minst tre veckor närmast före stämman och dagen för stämman. De ska vidare läggas fram på stämman. Lag (2010:1516).
