Aktiebolagslag (2005:551) (SFS 2005:551)

Bolagsstämman eller, om saken med hänsyn till bolagets ställning är av ringa betydelse, styrelsen, får besluta om gåva till allmännyttigt eller därmed jämförligt ändamål, om det med hänsyn till ändamålets art, bolagets ställning och omständigheterna i övrigt får anses skäligt och gåvan inte strider mot 3 §.
