Bestämmelserna i detta kapitel tillämpas när publika aktiebolag och dotterbolag till sådana bolag beslutar om
1. nyemission av aktier eller emission av teckningsoptioner eller konvertibler,
2. överlåtelse av aktier, teckningsoptioner eller konvertibler som har getts ut av ett bolag inom samma koncern, eller
3. lån som avses i 11 kap 11 §. Lag (2007:317).
