Bolagsstämmans beslut om emission av konvertibler skall innehålla de uppgifter som framgår av 4 § första och andra styckena, 5 § första stycket, 6 § första och andra styckena samt 7 § första stycket.
I fråga om publika aktiebolag gäller även 41 §.
