Betalning för en aktie som har tecknats enligt 32 § får inte understiga de tidigare aktiernas kvotvärde.
Om en aktie har tecknats med villkor som strider mot första stycket, skall ett belopp som motsvarar aktiens kvotvärde ändå betalas.
