Om nya aktier skall ges ut i samband med fondemissionen, skall förslaget till beslut om fondemission också innehålla uppgifter om
1. hur många nya aktier som varje gammal aktie skall ge rätt till,
2. från vilken tidpunkt de nya aktierna skall ge rätt till utdelning, och
3. de nya aktiernas aktieslag, om det i bolaget finns eller kan ges ut aktier av olika slag.
