Beslutet om fondemission ska genast anmälas för registrering i aktiebolagsregistret. Aktiekapitalet är ökat när beslutet har registrerats.
Efter registreringen ska nya aktier genast föras in i aktieboken.
I avstämningsbolag ska anmälan genast göras till den värdepapperscentral som för avstämningsregister för bolaget om att emissionen har registrerats. Lag (2016:60).
