Om inte annat föreskrivs i bolagsordningen, får det i ett aktiebolag utses en eller flera personer (lekmannarevisorer) att utföra sådan granskning som anges i 3 §.
Bestämmelserna i denna lag om revisorer är inte tillämpliga på lekmannarevisorer.
