Departementet kan fastsette forskrifter som svarer til kommisjonsforordninger fastsatt i medhold av følgende bestemmelser i regnskapsdirektivet (direktiv 2013/34/EU):
artikkel 29b om standarder for bærekraftsrapportering,
artikkel 29c om standarder for bærekraftsrapportering for små og mellomstore foretak,
artikkel 40b om standarder for bærekraftsrapportering for tredjelandsforetak.Tilføyd ved lov 21 juni 2024 nr. 42 (i kraft 1 nov 2024 iflg. res. 11 okt 2024 nr. 2454).
