§ 68. Prisforskjell ved dekningstransaksjon.
Dersom kjøpet heves og kjøperen foretar dekningskjøp eller selgeren dekningssalg på forsvarlig måte og innen rimelig tid etter hevingen, legges kjøpesummen og prisen etter dekningstransaksjonen til grunn når prisforskjell skal reknes ut.
