(1) Heves kjøpet, skal kjøperen godskrive selgeren avkasting som han har hatt av tingen og gi rimelig vederlag for vesentlig nytte han ellers har hatt av den.
(2) Dersom selgeren skal betale kjøpesummen tilbake, plikter han å betale rente etter § 71 fra den dag han mottok betalingen.
