§ 38. Prisavslag.
Har tingen mangel, kan kjøperen kreve prisavslag slik at forholdet mellom nedsatt og avtalt pris svarer til forholdet mellom tingens verdi i mangelfull og kontraktmessig stand på leveringstiden.
