§ 28. Opplysningsplikt om hindring.
Hindres selgeren å oppfylle kjøpet til rett tid, skal han gi kjøperen melding om hindringen og dens virkning på muligheten for å oppfylle. Får kjøperen ikke slik melding innen rimelig tid etter at selgeren fikk eller burde fått kjennskap til hindringen, kan kjøperen kreve erstattet tap som kunne vært unngått om han hadde fått meldingen i tide.
