Selgeren bærer kostnadene med tingen til den er levert. Paragrafen her gjelder ikke kostnader ved at leveringen blir forsinket som følge av forhold på kjøperens side.Endret ved lov 21 juni 2002 nr. 34 (ikr. 1 juli 2002).
