Levering skjer når tingen overtas av forbrukeren. For ting som i samsvar med § 2 første ledd bokstav e skal leveres sammen med en digital ytelse, kreves det i tillegg at den digitale ytelsen er gjort tilgjengelig for forbrukeren. For ting som etter avtalen skal installeres av eller på vegne av selgeren, kreves det i tillegg at tingen er installert.Endret ved lov 16 juni 2023 nr. 60 (i kraft 1 jan 2024 iflg. res. 16 juni 2023 nr. 909).
