§ 12 Virksomheten skifter eier

Skifter virksomheten innehaver (eier eller leier), trer den nye innehaver inn i den tidligere innehavers plikt til å gi feriefritid og betale feriepenger etter loven her. Krav på feriepenger som er opptjent hos den tidligere innehaver, kan fortsatt gjøres gjeldende overfor denne.
