§ 16. Forskriftshjemmel
Departementet kan gi forskrifter som utfyller bestemmelsene i denne lov og fastsette ytterligere krav, når det finnes nødvendig av hensyn til pliktig regnskapsrapportering eller skatte- og avgiftskontroll.
