§ 1. Lovens virkeområde
Loven gjelder bokføringspliktige som nevnt i § 2.
Kongen fastsetter regler om denne lovs anvendelse for Norges økonomiske sone og for Svalbard, Jan Mayen og bilandene og kan fastsette særlige regler under hensyn til forholdene der.
