Om tilbakekaldelse av prokura, som er anmeldt til Foretaksregisteret gjelder foretaksregisterloven § 4-2 og § 7-1 første ledd. Er tilbakekaldelsen registrert og kundgjort paa lovbefalt maate, behøver fuldmagtsgiveren ikke at kalde fuldmagten tilbake ogsaa paa andet vis.Endret ved lover 21 juni 1985 nr. 78, 20 juni 2025 nr. 106 (i kraft 1 jan 2026 iflg. res. 20 juni 2025 nr. 1119).
