Har fuldmagtsgiveren git fuldmægtigen skriftlig fuldmagt, kaldes den tilbake ved, at den paa fuldmagtsgiverens forlangende enten gives tilbake til ham eller tilintetgjøres.
Fuldmægtigen pligter at gi fuldmagten tilbake, naar fuldmagtsgiveren forlanger det.
