§ 9-5. Avtalepant i egne aksjer
Bestemmelsene i §§ 9-2 til 9-4 gjelder tilsvarende for selskapets erverv av avtalepant i egne aksjer. Ved anvendelsen av §§ 9-3 og 9-4 regnes den fordring avtalepantet skal sikre, som vederlag fra selskapet.
