§ 6-21. Forberedelsen av saker
(1) Daglig leder forbereder saker som skal behandles av styret i samråd med styrets leder.
(2) En sak skal forberedes og fremlegges slik at styret har et tilfredsstillende behandlingsgrunnlag.
