§ 5-21. Misbruk av generalforsamlingens myndighet
Generalforsamlingen kan ikke treffe noen beslutning som er egnet til å gi visse aksjeeiere eller andre en urimelig fordel på andre aksjeeieres eller selskapets bekostning.
