§ 5-1. Generalforsamlingens myndighet
(1) Gjennom generalforsamlingen utøver aksjeeierne den øverste myndighet i selskapet.
(2) Når selskapet har bedriftsforsamling, eller når det er avtalt at selskapet ikke skal ha bedriftsforsamling, gjelder reglene i § 6-35, jf lov om allmennaksjeselskaper § 5-1 annet ledd.
