§ 4-20. Varsel til rettighetshaverne
Selskapet skal straks varsle rettighetshaverne når det mottar melding om eierskifte etter § 4-12, eller dersom en aksjeeier underretter selskapet om at en aksje er avhendet.Endret ved lov 15 des 2006 nr. 88 (ikr. 1 jan 2009 iflg. res. 15 des 2006 nr. 1432, se endringslovens V).
