§ 3-1. Aksjekapital
(1) Et aksjeselskap skal ha en aksjekapital på minst 30.000 norske kroner.
(2) Aksjekapitalen skal være fordelt på én eller flere aksjer som rettighetene som aksjeeier knytter seg til. Aksjene skal lyde på like stort beløp.Endret ved lov 16 des 2011 nr. 63 (ikr. 1 jan 2012 iflg. res. 16 des 2011 nr. 1260).
