§ 2-9. Stiftelse av selskapet
Stifterne skal datere og signere stiftelsesdokumentet. Når alle stifterne har signert stiftelsesdokumentet, er aksjene tegnet og selskapet stiftet.Endret ved lov 16 juni 2017 nr. 71 (ikr. 1 juli 2017 iflg. res. 16 juni 2017 nr. 760).
