§ 2-16. Ansvar for innskudd ved eierskifte til aksje
Skifter en aksje eier før kravet på innskudd er gjort opp, blir den nye og den tidligere eieren solidarisk ansvarlige for kravet når aksjeervervet er meldt til selskapet.
